Who we are

This Website has been created to promote services, content, and training products offered and designed by Roderick McKinley. No corporate or legal entities are presently associated with this Website.

We act as a data controller and a data processor when handling Personal Information.

We collect all data submitted by users during course enrolment, use and progress, review, and payment processes, and through any contact forms hosted on this site.

When users register or login using the Single Sign On (SSO) service, a website plugin named Nextend Social Login collects the following data registered with the selected web account provider: email address, name, social provider identifier and access token.

When users register or logon using the Single Sign On (SSO) feature provided the website plugin Nextend Social Login will use the access token provided by users to verify their account and securely access personal data.

How long we retain your data

We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

What rights you have over your data
