Course delivery
1. Self-guided learning
This course is designed for fully independent, self-guided study. No active teaching guidance or support is included.
2. Materials and delivery
The course is served through a learning management system (LMS) on this website which stores all learning materials.
Instruction is video-led, delivered in spoken English with English subtitles provided. The video content is not downloadable. Interactive quizzes are also available on the LMS for select content.

3. Spreadsheet tool compatibility
All features of the Excel version of the tool are only assured for PC desktop versions available through Excel 2021 and later, and Excel 365.
Compatibility with earlier / Mac versions of Excel are not officially supported at this time. While actions required to create backward compatibility are likely to be minor, any attempts to do so are taken at users own discretion and risk.
Users are recommended to the Google Sheets version of the tool where these backward compatibility issues apply.
Technical support (support with regard to breaks or improper functioning in the tools in their downloaded configuration) is only available for PC desktop versions available through Excel 2021 and later; the PC desktop application available through Excel 365; and Google Sheets.
4. Updates
The course may be subject to changes and updates without notice. A course purchase only grants users access to the most recent version of learning materials of this course, as served through the LMS.

No content in the tools or course video content is to be taken as constituting any form of investment advice.

Refund policy
Buyers of this course are entitled to a ‘no questions asked’ refund for 14 days from the day of initial payment so long as no learning materials for the course have been downloaded.
Downloading of learning materials will bring to an end any time remaining on this refundable trial period.
